How much does the medical director cost per month?

Med Spa Live offers 2 tier options
1. TIER 1 COVERAGE | $499 Monthly

  • PCDC
  • Medical Grade Skincare, Numbing Cream, Bacteriostatic
  • Body Sculpting ( Cyrosculpting, EmSculpt, Sculpture, ETC)
  • Microneedling, Microneedling with RF and PRP (nurses and MA's only)
  • Mesotheraphy
  • Dermaplane, HydrafacialMD

2. TIER 2 COVERAGE | $799 Monthly
IN ADDITION TO TIER 1

  • PDO Threads
  • Injectable Nutrients B12
  • IV Nutrient Therapies
  • Weight Loss Injections

What do I need to get the coverage?

In order to obtain MD coverage, you will need creditable certification and or licensing for all services that you plan to provide.

You will need to obtain professional liability insurance

Is there a contract with signing up for MD coverage

MD coverage is a monthly coverage. You can cancel any time by requesting the cancellation form.

How long will the process take? I have clients waiting already.

The sign up process typically takes providers 24-48 hours depending on if they already have all required documents ready.

What if I need to travel outside of the country

If you have plans to leave the country, just let us know and we will help you inactivate your account.

What is the cancellation policy

1. Your account must be in good standing in order to complete this request. You (the provider) are responsible for any billing that will occur within the last 30 days. You will be provided a copy of the Member Cancellation request via email.

2. The monthly payment is Auto Drafted from your original payment account each month for Medical Director Coverage

3. It is a requirement that the monthly Medical Director coverage fee must be automatic withdrawn and the payment information on file must remain active and up to date all the way through the 30 day cancellation period.

4. You must understand and agree to follow the protocol for all procedures set in place by Jonathan Walker DO that you perform on clients. This is outlined in the Supervising Physicians Agreement that you will read and review during sign up.

5. You must understand that Med Spa Live Management has a 30 Day cancellation policy stating: Cancellation Clause – 30 Days Notice. The Medical Director/Provider may cancel this Contract by giving written notice thirty (30) days prior to effective cancellation date. In the event such action is taken, the contract shall remain active 30 days after notice has been given.

6. The Medical Director Coverage monthly fee is NON REFUNDABLE

What is included in the MD coverage?
  • We provide the EMR system and training on how to use it
  • We provide an Ondemand GFE system
    • GFES cost between $20-$26 depending on the amount of combined
      services
  •  We offer ongoing assistance while you are under coverage
